1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty periods for Shop Murphy products vary by model. Some products come with a 2-year warranty, while others may have a 1-year or 6-month warranty. Please refer to the specific product details or warranty documentation for the applicable coverage.

Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product not working properly
  • Issues caused by internal faults (not external damage)

If any covered issue happens during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of cost.

 

2. What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by mishandling, drops, or accidents
  • Damage due to incorrect installation or power issues
  • Water damage (for non-waterproof models)
  • Wear and tear from regular usage or misuse
