I want to claim the warranty. How can I do that?

To initiate a warranty claim, please share your purchase invoice (Amazon/Flipkart/ShopMurphy) along with a short video of the faulty light while it is connected to the electricity supply via WhatsApp at 9680912290.

How does the warranty claim process work?

Once we receive the required documents, we will process your claim. For outdoor lights, we’ll arrange a pickup, and after receiving the product, our technical team will repair it. For indoor lights, we’ll directly send you a replacement unit.

How many days will it take to receive a replacement?

It usually takes 7–10 working days to receive the replacement.
