1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns/replacements only if:
- Product is damaged, defective, or broken
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
📌 Mandatory Requirements
To process your request:
- Unboxing video is mandatory (showing sealed package opening)
- Product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all accessories
- In resalable condition
👉 Requests without proper proof may not be approved
2. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of Mind (Applicable After 7 Days of Purchase)
- Incorrect product selection
- Minor variations in colour/finish/design
- Products that are used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Requests raised after 24 hours
3. Replacement Policy (Primary Resolution)

Reverse Pickup Arrangement
Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged, subject to service availability in your area. -
Replacement Dispatch
After the product is received and inspected (if applicable), the replacement item will be dispatched.
⏱ Timeline:
Replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only if:
- Replacement is not available
- The order is cancelled before dispatch
- The order is lost in transit
- The order is returned within 7 days

2. COD → Bank transfer / UPI
