1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns/replacements only if:

  1. Product is damaged, defective, or broken
  2. The wrong product has been delivered
  3. The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

📌 Mandatory Requirements

To process your request:

  1. Unboxing video is mandatory (showing sealed package opening)
  2. Product must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories
  • In resalable condition

👉 Requests without proper proof may not be approved


2. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns are not accepted for:

  1. Change of Mind (Applicable After 7 Days of Purchase)
  2. Incorrect product selection
  3. Minor variations in colour/finish/design
  4. Products that are used, installed, or damaged after delivery
  5. Requests raised after 24 hours

3. Replacement Policy (Primary Resolution)

We prioritise quick replacements for valid issues:

  1. Damaged items
  2. Manufacturing defects
  3. Wrong product delivered

Replacement Process

  1. Raise a Request
    Customers are required to report the issue by contacting our customer support team via call or WhatsApp at +91 9680912290, or by submitting the request through our contact form:

  2. Issue Verification
    Our support team will review and verify the reported issue based on the details provided.
  3. Reverse Pickup Arrangement
    Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged, subject to service availability in your area.
  4. Replacement Dispatch
    After the product is received and inspected (if applicable), the replacement item will be dispatched.

⏱ Timeline:
Replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

 


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:

  1. Replacement is not available
  2. The order is cancelled before dispatch
  3. The order is lost in transit
  4. The order is returned within 7 days

Refund Details

  1. Processed within 5–7 business days
  2. Mode:

1. Prepaid → Original payment method

2. COD → Bank transfer / UPI


5. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  2. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

6. Return Shipping & Handling

Shipping Charges

  1. Damaged/Defective → Covered by Murphy Lights
  2. Other approved cases → Customer bears cost

7. COD & Order Verification

  1. COD orders may require OTP/confirmation
  2. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders
