The product as such is good. My rating is low because of 1) seller has sent opened box which indicates it is not new 2) seller has sent wrong product- ordered warm white and received natural white. No QA checks before dispatch.

I had bought one 3.5 years ago which failed recently. Seems like an LED failure and not the driver (which is what usually happens)
The design seems to have changed. The older driver had 4 wires, the new one has 3.
Anyway replaced and back in action
