Four bulb is working but 1 bulb it's led is loose but it's working

All the bulbs were in working condition. I had ordered warm white pack of 4. It gives a light equivalent to 9 watt CFL or 40W incandescent bulb. The pics are captured from mobile camera which adjusts the brightness and white balance automatically. So don't refer the pic for room brightness or shading which shows white in 2 pics. It is actually yellow....3000K temperature. That's why I gave comparison to CFL and incandescent bulb. I replaced 40W incandescent bulbs and the amount of light output remained the same.
